Alex is a leading independent technology investment banker and has consistently achieved outstanding outcomes for clients since 2003. He is a trusted advisor and friend to his clients and management partners. He has completed 31 transactions representing $550 million in total value, advising on transactions with industry-leading strategic buyers and investors located on 4 continents. Alex has completed more than 400 valuation engagements and consults as an expert witness in matters involving corporation securities valuation.
Alex holds Series 24, 27, 63, 7 and 79 securities licenses, and the Certified Valuation Analyst certification from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He holds a BBA (Business Honors Program), BA (Plan II Honors Program), and an MPA (Professional Program in Accounting) from the University of Texas at Austin.
